Allen is the Senior Vice President at IMG Worldwide, the global media, sports, entertainment and licensing enterprise. He advises prominent multinational corporations on their branding, marketing, recruiting and communications, often creating world-class events, television and digital programming, thought leadership and social responsibility programs to meet those needs. Present and former clients include Cisco Systems, VMWare, AMD, PepsiCo, GE, Samsung Electronics, Philips, Saudi Aramco, AT&T, Cantor Fitzgerald, KPMG, KeyBank, New Balance, Honeywell, EDS, Puma, Anheuser-Busch and Tata.
Allen also advises numerous non-profit and educational clients including the United Nations, the Nobel Prize institutions, the Shanghai World Expo, the Mayo Clinic, the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), King Abdullah University of Science and Technology(KAUST), MASDAR and the Kavli Foundation on their branding, media and technology partnerships and thought leadership. He has represented individual clients such as Mikhail Gorbachev, Jack Welch, Dr. Sally Ride and many Nobel Laureates.
Allen received a BA from Yale University (Magna Cum Laude), an MPhil in International Relations from Cambridge University (UK) and a JD from the University of Virginia. Previously, Allen was a communications/media lawyer at Dow, Lohnes LLC and Morrison & Foerster LP.
